:الأحكام والشروط

. الضمان على خدمة النانو سيراميك تشمل لمعان طلاء السيارة وميزة سريان الماء 1-

.لا يشمل الضمان الخدوش أو في حال تاثر السيارة بالحوادث بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية

.يحق لك الحصول على صيانة مجانية كل 3 أشهر خلال فترة الضمان وعدم التزامك بالصيانة يسقط الضمان

في حالة أن تنظيف الهواء الداخلي يتطلب رسو ًما إضافية قدرها 3 ريال عماني

في حال وجود خدوش طفيفة على الطلاء بسبب مسح الغسيل الخاطئ ، سوف تحتاج إلى القيام بخدمة المعاجلة للنانو سيراميك والتي سوف تكون

.باجر مدفوع من قبلك وسيتم تحديد السعر بعد معاينة حالة السيارة

. يمنع استخدام الغسيل الأوتوماتيكي وغسل السيارة وهي ساخنة وعدم مسح السيارة وهي جافة أو عليها اوساخ

.يمنع استخدام أي منتجات غير معروفة لغسيل أو صيانة النانو بدون استشارتنا

.يجب إستخدام الشامبو الخاص بالنانو ومنتجات الصيانة الموصى بها مع أستخدام المنشفة المناسبة لتجفيف وذلك لحماية سيارتك من الخدوش

الضمان على خدمة العوازل الحرارية (المخفي) يشمل بهتان العازل او تغير في اللون أو أي عيوب مصنعية بعد المعاينة2-

.لا يشمل الضمان اي خدوش أو أي أضرار تحدث بالخطأ البشري او الخدوش التي تحدث بسبب حديد النوافذ

.الضمان على افلام الحماية الشفاف (الجلاد) يشمل العيوب التصنيعية بما في ذلك الاصفرار ، الفقاعات ، وتشقق الجلاد3-

يرجى عدم إستخدام ضغط الماء المباشر على الجلاد والمغاسل الأوتوماتيكية وايضا عدم استخدام أي مواد كيميائية على الجلاد مثل الشمع أو التلميع

. . يرجى عدم مسح السيارة مباشرة وهي في حالة ساخنة أو جافة أو متسخة

. لا يشمل الضمان الخدوش على الجلاد الناتجة عن ضربات الحجارة او الحوادث المرورية

يحق لك الحصول على صيانة مجانية كل 6 أشهر خلال فترة الضمان ، وعدم التزامك بالصيانة يسقط الضمان-.في حالة تطلب التنظيف بالمكنسة--

.الكهربائية الداخلية/الداخلية رسو ًما إضافية قدرها 3 ريال عماني

.يجب إحضار السيارة لخدمة المعالجة للجلاد كل سنة والتي سيتم فرض رسوم عليها بنا ًء على حالة السيارة

طلاء حماية الشاصي 4-

. الضمان على خدمة حماية الشاصي تشمل العيوب التصنيعية في طبقة الطلاء السفلية المطلية على الشاصي

.يمنع غسل السيارة لمدة أسبوع بعد وضع طبقة الطلاء السفلية

.تجنب استخدام أي مواد كيميائية أو مزيلات الشحوم على الشاصي مثل الديزل ومواد التنظيف الكيميائية الأخرى

لا يشمل الضمان صدأ الحديد الداخلي او الحوادث التي بالشاصي

. يجب عمل صيانة لطبقة حماية الشاصي كل سنة والتي سيتم فرض رسوم بناءا على حالة السيارة وعدم التزامك بالصيانة يسقط الضمان

لا يسري الضمان في حالة بيع السيارة وتغيير الملكية. تطبق الرسوم تغيير اسم الملكية حسب حالة السيارة

Terms and Conditions:

1- Nano Ceramic warranty covers the shine & gloss of body paint and water hydrophobic effect .

Scratches and any kind of accident including natural disasters are not covered under warranty.

You are eligible for a free outside maintenance every 3 month during the warranty period.

Failing to attend it your warranty will be void. In case Inside/interior vacuum Cleaning required additional 3 OMR charges.

In the case of minor scratches on body paint due to wiping or wrong wash you will need to do the service for the nano ceramic

which will be chargeable based on the car condition.

You are requested not to use automatic car wash and not to wash the car while its in hot conditions and not to wipe the car while its

dry or dusty.

Your are requested not to apply any unknown products for washing or maintenance the nano without our consultation.

You are requested to use the recommended shampoo and maintenance products with proper microfibers to protect your car .

2-Windows film warranty covers the fading of the film and changes of colours or any manufactured defects.

Scratches or any damages of human error and scratches happened due to the windows molding rubbers are not covered under

warranty.

3-Paint Protection Film (PPF) warranty covers the manufacture defects includes yellowing , bubbling and cracking of the PPF.

Your are requested not to apply direct water pressure on PPF and not to wash the car by automatic carwash also not to apply any

chemicals such a wax , polish or any shinning chemicals and do not wipe the car while its hot,dry or dusty condition.

Scratches on PPF and damages like stone ships or car accident are not covered under warranty.

Your are eligible for a free maintenance every 6 months during warranty period.failing to attend the maintenance will void your

warranty. IN case Inside/interior vacuum Cleaning required additional 3 OMR charges.

Every year you are requested to bring the car for a service of PPF which will be chargeable based on the car condition.

4-Underbody Coating

Warranty covers the manufacture defects of the underbody coating layer applied on the chassis.

You are requested not to wash the car for one week after applying the underbody coating.

Avoid use any chemicals or degreasers on chassis such as diesel and other cleaning chemicals.

Chassis rust collusion and chassis accidents are not covered under warranty.

Maintenance Service is required every one year which will be chargeable based on the car conditions failing to attend the service

will void the warranty.

The Guarantee/Warranty does not apply in case of selling the car and changing of the ownership.

Charges apply Changing the name of ownership as per car condition.
